I ordered NCERT books. 2 of the books I received - one had overprint in several pages and another pages were torn. Thry should’ve checked before sending the items. Secondly, I received oldered edition of the Printed books, instead of the latest edition. But the customer support is very prompt and good. They took back the older edition of books and also replaced the torn and overprinted books with fresh copies. And I received my order very fast.
